    Without knowing much about you, I can only say that you shluod learn about the craft of writing and, if your goal is to sell your work, also learn about the business of writing.There are many good books on these subjects (and some that aren’t too good), as well as some magazines for writiers.At some point, it will be good to join a writer’s group. They are not all the same:Some favor certain genres.Others are focused on essays and poetry.Many of them are more interested in socializing than working on improving their writing skills You’ve got to check around, and find one that’s right for you.No one really wants to do it, but taking English classes, such as Critical Thinking, Composition, Literature, etc. will be a good way to fill in the gaps of knowledge that you may not even be aware of.
